total hearts received for Moments That Survive

As a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and a city employee in the police department, I have not only been witness to what the loss has meant to the family members on May 31, 2019, I am also so very proud to work with the sworn officers who were the first to the scene and were able to avoid further loss and devastation. As with every city, town and family who has been victim to those who have easy access to the handguns, ammunition and high-powered machinery designed for combat, our lives are forever changed due to the total disregard of the responsibilities of those elected into office to protect the citizens of the United States of America.
