It was January 26th. I was already having a hard day and ended up wanting to kill myself. I went into action. My mom works at a doctor’s office, and she was going to take me to the ER after her shift. So I got dropped off there and was going to wait until she was done. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. A man walked into her office and held nurses and office staff hostage for a six-hour standoff. I had to hide under a car to not die. It was horrible. My doctor ended up dying that night.
