In memory of Luis Cameron Rimmer-Hernandez

On August 9, 2021, my grandson Cameron went to hang out with some friends. He was standing near his car when a 14-year-old boy came up and shot him six times in the chest with a 9mm gun. His so-called friends all scattered as Cameron died alone on a driveway!

Cameron had just turned 21 on July 18th.

He leaves behind a broken-hearted family — his mother, grandparents, sisters, brother, aunts, uncles, and many friends and relatives who loved him so. He is so missed!

We recently had a Peace Walk for Cameron in Huntington Station, New York, which friends, relatives and public officials attended, along with Moms Demand Action.

We pray for justice for Cameron.
