On April 4, 2016, my 25-year-old daughter and her fiancé, 23 years old, were shot and killed in their home. She was a mom of my 11-year-old granddaughter; she was a funny, energetic, hardworking, beautiful woman!! This has destroyed my life completely. I’m in therapy. I go through every day in a haze.
My family is torn apart; my relationship is over. This monster took the lives of two people for money!! They had only the little amount they saved for their wedding. He was just released from prison a year before this; he was in for 13 years! He should have not had a gun!! We need better laws for guns and stronger sentences for the monsters who use them to do harm!!
