Deonte was 17 years old when he was killed. Deonte was walking to the store, and a car drove up, just shooting. It’s been hard for me and my family since Tookie was killed. Deonte was killed right before his 18th birthday. March has always been a big month for us. I wish gun violence wound stop because innocent lives are being taken away from their family unnecessarily.
