My daughter was killed March 2, 2023, two days after my 50th birthday. I will never forget getting that phone call! She lived in Las Vegas and had been living there a year. She decided to get a roommate and met the wrong guy. He decided to take her life after having an argument about him getting out. He shot her 17 times in her back when she was walking away. I just don’t understand. She was only 24 years old. I’m still trying to understand how he got a bond and has been out of jail a whole year now. We finally go to court for trial on March 10, 2025, and I hope I finally get justice for my baby!
