On September 22, 2019, my entire world turned dark. My firstborn son was brutally murdered. For the past two years, it’s been a very painful journey being a survivor affected, losing my son through homicide. My faith in God and my family has gotten me through these two years of the worst nightmare that no parent should experience or witness. But I will continue to heal, get stronger, support other parents through this pain, and continue to fight for his justice.
My heart is empty and broken. We will always honor, remember and love you Dlo.
