In memory of Carmen Rodriguez

On December 22, 2019, my sister in-law Carmen Rodriguez, 36, died after being shot in the head at her store, Kim’s Deli, in the 100 block of North Kenwood Avenue, in front of her four young children. Carmen was a hardworking mother who would work 14-16 hours a day at her store. She was the sweetest person and would help out the community and customers when needed. She was a loving, innocent, caring Latin woman who did everything in her will to take care of her family, while being a Baltimore city local business owner. Her family is mourning and suffering her tragic loss and is fighting every day to seek justice for Carmen. One of the suspects turned himself in. However, the other suspect is still out in the streets. The family, community and loved ones are seeking justice for Carmen and will not rest until her assassin is caught and sentenced. Carmen will always be loved, missed, cherished and never forgotten.
