Every day I think of you and wish your life had a different ending. It will be 30 years in 2019 since you left this earth and went to heaven. If only things had been different; if only an unstable individual had not had access to an AK-47; if only background checks had been more in depth; if only you had been sick and not gone to work that day. If only every parent, spouse, child, grandchild, great grandchild, friend never has to experience their loved one being taken too soon again.
