My sister, Peggy Ann, was murdered on September 19, 1995, in Fresno, California, by the same gun that shot six other women — all who were just walking through Fresno. My little sister died at the age of 27. She was survived by Paul; Nina and Mary-Ellen (siblings), and our mom and dad. We go through tough times.
