My father died by a self-inflicted gunshot in 1984. Although it was long ago, I still miss him. He was loving, kind and caring. He had a great sense of humor and was very smart. Miss him everyday. He was going through divorce and having issues with his work. He was a surgeon. Physicians have a high rate of suicide, which is just coming to light now.
