On August 1, 2013, my life was crushed due to gun violence. My oldest child, Donald, was killed in Chester, Pennsylvania, by someone he knew. My life has never been the same. My oldest daughter witnessed her brother shot down like that. I hope my story can encourage these young men to please put the guns ?? down. Donald also left a son that was only five years old.
