My son Sean Eric Jackson was gunned down over car keys. Lucky, they caught his killer. I remember that day, December 18, 2018. I was in bed, sleeping. My baby son came to the house and woke me up and said, “Sean got shot. We have to go to the hospital now.” I got to the hospital. We waited an hour before anyone told us he was dead. Sean was only 34 years old. He left behind a son and daughter. He may even have more children than that. But he was a great father. Son had just came home from jail a year ago and was getting his life together for his kids. He was a great brother and great son. He had to get the last word in all the time. He kept the family at peace. I will miss him so much. His killer is awaiting trial, which starts on February 10, 2020, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I would never wish this to happen to anyone. When one family member hurts, all hurt. I am grateful to share his story.
