I survived an attempted homicide. I lived to share my story for those who have lost hope and think that there is no way out. To share what gun violence and domestic violence has done but how we can overcome the most unimaginable pain ever.
I lost my twin sister to suicide in 2001, my boyfriend to homicide in 1994, and my little brother to murder in the streets of Philadelphia. I have made it my mission to fight hate with love and to be a voice for those no longer here … I live with purpose.
