My nephew Andy was at Isla Vista that day; he went to school at Santa Barbara. It was quite a while before I heard he was OK, and watching it on television, seeing all of those young people, broke my heart. The same as Sandy Hook, Parkland, Columbine, the Philadelphia Jewish place of worship and the mosque. All of it is enough. We need to get serious about electing individuals that will pass serious gun control laws.
